The high temperature G10 insulated frp tublar are  is made by insulate glass fiber and epoxy resin, The angles used in the winding process makes the final fiberglass product an excellent choice for torsion applications, Sanded surface make the final fiberglass tube a tight tolerance for the outer diameter. The both end can be processed different  size thread for varies application.

Our present filament winding machine can produce diameter max 500mm, Length max 2 meter filament winding fiberglass tubes. A new machine will come to our workroom soon,It can support max 1000mm, Length max 4 meter.

A: Generally it is 3-5 days if there is stocks. or it is 5-14 days if without stocks for most times, Special request let's discuss together.

4. Q: What size can you make?
A: We can make carbon tubes diameter from 5 mm to 600 mm, Unit length can up to 8 m; We can make carbon plate max size 3000mm*8000mm(width*length),And we accept OEM.

5.Q: Does client need buy mold?
A: We supply molds 300 tons, If we have suitable mold, clients no need to buy,If we don't have suitable mold, Clients need to buy at first time, When clients quantity up to a certain amount, The mold cost will return back to clients.

6. Q: What is the mode of transportation.
A: If small quantity, The first choice is by courier, Like DHL,Fedex,TNT,UPS etc.
If quantity is big, We can arrange transport by sea or by air,It can save many ship cost after all.

7. Q: If we receive your products, but find quality is not good, How will you do?
