Carbon fiber tube is light weight(it density 1.55g/cm3, 20%  weight of same size steel),High strength(tension strength≥3500Mpa, 7 times than steel).Corrosion resistant, So it used many areas to replace metal tubes.


This type of carbon fiber tubes are used for oil field. Carbon fiber tube looks like a house/shell to protect the instrument inside it. Carbon fiber tube's  OD=49mm,ID=37.4mm,thickness only 5.8mm. We will add aluminum alloy joint to seal the both ends of carbon fiber tube. Then this carbon fiber tube working environment is bearing 800 PSI(80Mpa) outer pressure . high pressure carbon fiber tube will protect the inside instrument well.
